About the Role

We are currently expanding our Logistics team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, seeking an experienced Warehouse Coordinator skilled in warehouse processes, inventory management, and asset control to oversee daily logistics operations ensuring accuracy and compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee warehouse activities including inventory control and asset tracking; maintain complete and precise records of project assets, tools, equipment, and materials.
- Manage receipt, storage, issuance, and traceability of materials and spare components.
- Assist logistics operations including coordinating deliveries, shipments, and transport arrangements.
- Organize procurement logistics and monitor the timeliness of material deliveries from suppliers.
- Handle asset distribution, transfers, and formal handovers of company equipment.
- Track stock levels and determine when to restock.
- Conform to company protocols, health and safety regulations, and warehouse best practice guidelines.
- Support audit processes and maintain thorough documentation related to project assets and logistics activities.
- Contribute to enforcing and monitoring environmental protocols, including proper handling, storage, disposal of materials and waste, and maintaining compliance records.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of three years’ experience in warehouse, logistics, asset management, or project coordination is required.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory and asset management, procurement, and logistics workflows.
- Excellent organizational, coordination, communication, and reporting capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel.
- Capable of prioritizing multiple tasks within a multidisciplinary and complex project setting; experience in large-scale infrastructure projects is advantageous.
