Warehouse Associate

Job Overview and Work Setting

This role requires a secondary school diploma as a minimum educational qualification. While prior experience is advantageous, it is not mandatory. The position is primarily within a wholesaler environment.

Primary Duties

• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the office, supply areas, and warehouse.
• Managing records through the inventory control system.
• Receiving, unpacking, and sorting incoming parts, supplies, and materials.
• Shipping, delivering, or collecting parts, products, or equipment.
• Preparing shipping documentation including bills of lading and invoices.
• Inspecting and verifying received goods against invoices or other relevant documents.
• Packing items for shipment.

Safety and Compliance

• Valid driver's license required.
• Driving record verification to be conducted.

Physical and Personal Requirements

• Capability to handle weights up to 23 kilograms (50 pounds).
• Strong attention to detail is essential.

Employment Terms and Conditions

• Work hours range between 28 and 32 hours weekly, primarily daytime shifts.
