Job Overview

Join our team as a Warehouse Associate, where you will play a crucial role in managing shipping, receiving, and storage processes. You will help maintain the flow of supplies and equipment, supporting the warehouse's inventory, storage, and distribution tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Audit inbound shipments including deliveries from Purolator and process bulk returns accurately.
• Receive, unpack, and verify incoming shipments; ensuring all inventory is inspected thoroughly.
• Organize and store inventory items and related materials within the warehouse premises efficiently.
• Maintain up-to-date and precise inventory records and documentation following the company's prescribed timelines and format.
• Support inventory control procedures and assist with record keeping to maintain accuracy.
• Take part in scheduled inventory audits to verify stock levels and condition.
• Carry out light cleaning tasks to keep the warehouse area tidy and orderly.
• Operate warehouse equipment designed for moving products safely and correctly.
• Perform any additional related duties as assigned.

Candidate Requirements

• Proficient computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using warehouse management systems, including familiarity with RF Scanner technology.
• Minimum education: high school diploma.
• At least two years of experience in material handling or a comparable warehouse role.
• Physical ability to lift weights up to 20 kilograms regularly.
• Required to wear safety footwear at all times while on duty.
• Capability to endure long durations of standing and walking during shifts.
• Flexibility in working hours to adapt to changing business operational needs.
• Valid forklift operator certification is mandatory.
