Warehouse Associate

Role Overview

Contribute to warehouse operations by assisting in the shipping, receiving, and stocking of materials, supporting inventory management, storage, and distribution of equipment and supplies.

Primary Responsibilities

• Verify and audit incoming shipments from delivery services and manage bulk returns.
• Receive, unpack, inspect, and confirm incoming inventory shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Place and organize inventory items and supporting materials within the warehouse.
• Maintain precise inventory records and documentation, completing tasks within company-specified timeframes and formats.
• Help carry out inventory procedures to support effective record keeping and control.
• Take part in scheduled inventory audits to ensure accuracy of stock counts.
• Perform general housekeeping to keep the warehouse clean and orderly.
• Operate material handling equipment to transport products internally.
• Execute additional duties as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience working with warehouse management systems and RF scanning devices.
• Possession of at least a high school diploma.
• Two or more years of practical experience in material handling or a related warehouse role.
• Physical ability to lift items weighing up to 20 kilograms.
• Mandatory use of safety footwear while on the job.
• Capability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
• Flexibility to adjust work hours based on evolving business needs.
• Forklift operator certification considered an advantage.
