Key Responsibilities

• Lead and uphold the security framework governing the company's cold, warm, and hot cryptocurrency wallets, ensuring standardized protocols for private key generation, storage, usage, backup, and destruction in alignment with top-tier security standards such as FIPS 140-2/3.
• Oversee security configurations, permission levels, and isolation measures for Multi-Party Computation (MPC) wallets and multi-signature smart contracts, conducting routine disaster recovery exercises to eliminate vulnerabilities like single points of failure, permission misuse, and insider threats.
• Strengthen and maintain security for full blockchain nodes and RPC interfaces across leading public chains including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Tron, defending against attacks like node hijacking, Sybil attacks, and unauthorized access.
• Perform security audits on interactions between business systems and external smart contracts (e.g., USDT, USDC, decentralized exchanges), identifying and mitigating common vulnerabilities such as approval phishing and reentrancy attacks to safeguard assets.

Qualifications and Skills

• Possess a bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Cryptography, Software Engineering, Blockchain, or related fields, accompanied by 1-3 years experience in Web3 or blockchain security.
• Strong understanding of fundamental cryptographic principles, with proficiency in public and private key management, encrypted storage, and familiarity with FIPS 140-2/3 standards and wallet architectures.
• Expertise in MPC, Threshold Signature Scheme (TSS), and on-chain multi-signature mechanisms, including hands-on management of permission controls, disaster recovery drills, and risk investigations.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the operational fundamentals of major public blockchains such as BTC, ETH, and TRON, including node management, RPC interface security, and preventive measures against on-chain attacks.
• Capable of independently conducting security assessments, audits, and remediation of vulnerabilities in smart contract interactions, understanding key risks prevalent in the ecosystem.
• Demonstrates strong conscientiousness around security risks and asset protection, an exacting and methodical approach to work, with a deep appreciation for digital asset and private key safeguarding; prior experience with wallet security in large-scale platforms is advantageous.
