Position Overview

We seek a warm, attentive, and efficient Waitress to join our team, ensuring guests receive an exceptional dining experience. The role involves taking accurate orders, serving food and drinks promptly, and maintaining customer satisfaction in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests as they enter the restaurant.
• Provide menus, respond to queries, and offer suitable recommendations.
• Record food and beverage orders correctly using POS systems.
• Deliver orders promptly and professionally.
• Monitor guests during their meals to ensure they are satisfied.
• Address any complaints or requests calmly and professionally.
• Handle payment transactions including cash and credit cards, issuing receipts.
• Keep tables, chairs, and service areas clean and organized.
• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar personnel to guarantee timely service.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in restaurant service or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively in fast-paced settings.
• Positive attitude and cooperative team spirit.
• Basic arithmetic proficiency for cash handling and POS use.
• Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualifications advantageous.
