About The Hoxton
The Hoxton has recently launched its first hotel in Ireland, located in the vibrant city of Dublin. This historic coastal city features lush parks, a lively art and music scene, and exceptional places to eat and drink. The Hoxton, Dublin boasts 129 guest rooms of varying sizes, a lobby bar, a historic bar, two restaurants including a lobby restaurant, and for the first time, a nightclub.
Role Overview
As a waiter or waitress, you will be the primary ambassador of our guests' experience. From their arrival to departure, you’ll ensure every guest enjoys their time by delivering a unique, welcoming, and memorable service. You will collaborate closely with the food and beverage team to maintain smooth operations and foster a relaxed, enjoyable atmosphere where guests can unwind.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for guests, providing a distinct and personalized service experience.
- Support the food and beverage team in ensuring seamless service flow.
- Create a laid-back environment encouraging guests to relax and enjoy themselves.
- Offer a warm, genuine welcome and address guest inquiries or requests professionally and promptly.
- Anticipate guest needs to exceed their expectations through proactive service.
