We are seeking energetic and self-driven Food & Beverage professionals eager to advance their careers. In the role of Waiter / Waitress, you will be responsible for delivering excellent service to guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute all tasks related to food and beverage service as outlined by the hotel's performance standards.
• Welcome and seat guests, providing service that is professional, discreet, and tailored to individual needs.
• Develop a thorough understanding of the menu offerings in the assigned outlet to assist guests with informed recommendations.
• Continuously monitor the quality of food and beverages served to guests.
• Foster positive customer relationships by effectively handling complaints and inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the outlet and ensure upkeep of service equipment.
• Prepare service areas carefully before, during, and after shifts, including setting up and clearing away (mis-en-place and mis-en-scene).
• Minimize food and beverage waste, breakage, and spoilage.
• Utilize upselling strategies actively to enhance guest satisfaction and boost revenue.

Qualifications and Skills

Candidates should possess a diploma or degree in hospitality or have completed vocational training in food and beverage services, with prior experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a high-volume restaurant environment. Proficiency in English and strong guest service and interpersonal skills are essential.
