The waiter/steward plays a crucial role in delivering clean, attentive, and courteous guest services while upholding the restaurant's hygiene and presentation standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare tables by ensuring cleanliness, proper arrangement, and readiness before guests are seated.
• Efficiently clear away used cutlery, crockery, glasses, and other items promptly from tables.
• Provide water service, ensuring glasses are refilled regularly as needed.
• Stay vigilant and attentive to guests' needs throughout their meal.
• Deliver polite, timely, and professional service aligning with restaurant standards.
• Keep table caddies stocked and maintained with all necessary items continuously.
• Serve only clean, polished, and stain-free cutlery and crockery to guests.
• Present menus that are clean and in good condition, replacing any damaged or soiled menus immediately.
• Learn the complete menu including dish names, ingredients, brief descriptions, and standard service methods.
• Memorize proper garnishing and presentation details for various dishes.
• Maintain excellent personal hygiene and grooming throughout the work shift.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless and timely guest service delivery.
• Maintain a positive demeanor and address guest requests swiftly and courteously.
