About the Company
The Belgian Waffle Co. is a growing quick service restaurant (QSR) brand seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join their team as Waiters/Stewards.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests upon arrival and take their orders accurately.
- Prepare and serve waffles, drinks, and other items from the menu.
- Manage billing processes and handle cash transactions efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the outlet.
- Support inventory management and assist with daily operational tasks at the store.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- Open to both fresh graduates and candidates with prior experience.
- Possess good communication abilities and strong customer service aptitude.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts as per operational needs.
- Capability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum educational qualification of 10th or 12th grade pass or higher.
