The Ned and Ned's Club represent a global ensemble of hotels, clubs, spas, and dining venues designed for like-minded individuals to socialize, work, and enjoy themselves. Launched in 2017 within the historic Midland Bank headquarters in the City of London, The Ned features Ned's Club - a private members' area with a gym and rooftop - as well as a public spa, multiple event spaces, ten distinct restaurants and bars, and 250 hotel rooms.

Role Overview

Waiters at The Ned serve as the welcoming face catering to patrons across any of the ten restaurants, each offering distinct global cuisines and unique atmospheres. Whether the setting is casual friendliness or sophisticated fine dining, you will adapt your service style to match the restaurant ambiance and deliver excellent guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for guests throughout their visit, customizing service to provide exceptional experiences consistent with The Ned's standards.
• Leverage comprehensive knowledge of menus to respond to queries and offer tailored recommendations ensuring guests enjoy their ideal meal.
• Remain presentable and professional even when not directly engaging guests, ensuring smooth operational flow with friendly and open demeanor.
• Uphold the highest standards for food and beverage quality and presentation, preventing anything subpar from reaching the guest.
• Ensure the restaurant environment is safe, clean, and secure to protect guests and coworkers.
• Work shifts may begin as early as 07:00 and extend into late hours depending on restaurant requirements.
