Role Overview
As a Food and Beverage (F&B) Waiter/Waitress, you will serve as a primary point of contact for guests, representing the hotel’s hospitality values. Your responsibility is to provide prompt, courteous service ensuring guests enjoy superior food and beverage experiences. You will collaboratively support smooth operations across departments within the food and beverage outlets. A deep understanding of menus, drinks, facilities, and committed ongoing professional growth are expected to maximize guest satisfaction. Maintaining a clean and hygienic workspace and respecting guest privacy is essential.
Qualifications and Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience working in food and beverage or restaurant environments
- A genuine enthusiasm for delivering outstanding guest service
- Strong teamwork capabilities
- Proficiency in English communication
