About the Role

An upscale dining venue located in Dubai Silicon Oasis is seeking candidates for the position of Waiter or Head Waiter, depending on experience. This opportunity offers a competitive salary that can reach up to 6,000 AED, along with benefits such as visa sponsorship, health and life insurance, and 24 days of annual leave. The role requires commitment to working six days per week.

Responsibilities and Requirements

• Must have at least two years of relevant experience in a similar role or environment.
• Previous exposure to restaurant settings is essential.
• Excellent communication capabilities coupled with strong customer service skills.
• A positive demeanor and ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Ability to maintain performance in a fast-moving workplace.
• Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills are mandatory.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Experience in casual dining, upscale restaurants, or Italian cuisine is advantageous.
