Overview
We are seeking a Voice Process Officer fluent in Tamil to join our team at Asd Housing Properties (India) Private Limited. This role requires working from the office in Chennai and involves direct client interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Diligently update and maintain contact information lists of individuals.
- Engage and encourage both existing and potential clients towards making purchases.
- Respond promptly to client questions, complaints, and suggestions.
