About the Role
Join AIA NZ as a Vitality Analyst to support the Vitality programme, a health-focused initiative aimed at enabling people to live healthier, longer, and better lives. In this role, you will collaborate with corporate clients, partners, and colleagues to provide insightful reporting, operational assistance, and analytics that drive programme success and enhance member experiences. This position combines analytical skill with relationship management, offering opportunities to influence product development, process improvements, and incorporate AI-driven automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce accurate, timely reports delivering insightful analysis on programme performance and member engagement.
- Analyze data trends and identify risks and opportunities to support decision-making and ongoing enhancement of the Vitality programme.
- Maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders through clear communication, responsive support, and collaborative efforts.
- Implement process improvements to increase efficiency, standardization, and operational effectiveness across programme activities.
- Utilize approved AI and automation tools to streamline reporting tasks and boost team productivity.
- Contribute to product upgrades, partner initiatives, and marketing campaigns that optimize member benefits.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in reporting, data analytics, or business insights with the ability to interpret information and provide actionable recommendations.
- Proficient in advanced Excel functions and familiar with business intelligence or data visualization tools.
- Committed to continuous improvement and adept at employing automation and smarter workflows to add value.
- Detail-oriented with strong governance in data accuracy, reporting, and documentation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive stakeholder relationships and teamwork.
- Background in health, wellbeing, insurance, or financial services is advantageous, along with enthusiasm for applying AI solutions to enhance business outcomes.
