Job description
Role Overview
As a Visual Merchandiser, you will craft inspiring in-store environments by designing sales areas, window displays, and mannequins. Your goal is to deliver a captivating shopping experience aligned with our store guidelines and schedule. You'll independently implement visual and commercial concepts while staying attuned to current trends, product maintenance, and compelling merchandise arrangement. Your keen eye for styling and detail shapes the store’s overall look, contributing to both personal and brand success.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze sales data independently to detect visual opportunities and collaborate with store management on optimization strategies.
- Share fashion trend insights with the store team to enhance a unique customer experience.
- Set up promotional and sale areas, ensuring merchandise presentation follows planned timelines.
- Authentically represent the H&M Group and its values.
- Optionally support sales market expansion projects.
