Role Overview

As a Visual Merchandiser at H&M in Karrinyup, you will play an essential role in shaping a compelling and consistent shopping atmosphere by applying visual standards and fostering commercial success. Primary Duties

• Implement visual displays, styling arrangements, and commercial presentations in accordance with store guidelines and planned schedules to enhance the shopper’s journey and boost sales.
• Evaluate sales data, manage inventory levels, maintain garment condition, and highlight key visual and sales opportunities while collaborating closely with store management.
• Leverage your knowledge of current trends and competitor activity to train and empower the store team, enhancing their ability to provide outstanding customer service.
• Consistently project a positive image both personally and on behalf of the H&M brand during customer engagements.
• Assist the Sales Market team with initiatives involving store growth and expansion projects.

Collaborative Environment

You will be working at the core of a dynamic retail team comprising roles such as Sales Advisors, Department Managers, Store and Assistant Store Managers, Cash Office and Delivery Responsibles. Teamwork extends beyond the store to the regional Area Team, sharing best practices and insight to drive collective success.
