Job Overview
As a Visual Merchandiser at H&M in Rundle Mall, you will be instrumental in delivering an inspiring and unified shopping experience. Your role will focus on implementing visual standards aligned with store guidelines and commercial calendars to enhance sales and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement visual, commercial, and styling concepts according to store protocols and schedules to elevate customer experience and boost sales.
- Monitor sales trends, oversee stock levels, maintain garment quality, and pinpoint visual and commercial improvement opportunities in partnership with Store Management.
- Leverage trend analysis and competitor knowledge to train and inspire the store team, empowering them to provide excellent customer service.
- Uphold a positive representation of yourself and the H&M brand during all customer interactions.
- Assist the Sales Market team with store expansion initiatives.
Team Collaboration
You’ll be part of a vibrant Store Team, ranging from Sales Advisors to Store and Department Managers, all dedicated to creating an engaging and welcoming store environment. Collaboration extends beyond your store to the wider Area Team, sharing insights and strategies for collective success.

- Proven expertise in visual merchandising and commercial strategies within a dynamic retail setting, exhibiting a solution-driven approach.
- Competency in interpreting sales reports and applying the selling equation to aid decision making.
- A passion for fashion and crafting outstanding in-store experiences.
- Driven to enhance customer satisfaction while advancing sales goals.
- Creative, inquisitive, and proactive in approach.
- Effective communication skills with an ability to lead and motivate store staff towards shared objectives.
