Job description
Job Overview
This role is a permanent full-time position requiring 39 hours per week based at the H&M store in Newry. The position demands availability to work across all 7 days of the week, including weekends.
Primary Responsibilities
- Implement visual merchandising, commercial, and styling initiatives in accordance with store standards to enhance customer engagement and boost sales.
- Evaluate sales data, maintain garment condition, and identify visual and sales opportunities in partnership with store management.
- Leverage knowledge of fashion trends and competitor activities to mentor and support the store team in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Team Collaboration
The role involves working within a dynamic retail team including Sales Advisors, Team Leaders, Department Managers, Visual Merchandisers, and Store Managers to create an inspiring environment for customers and colleagues alike.
