Overview
As a Sales Advisor at H&M in Vishakhapatnam, you will be pivotal in delivering an exceptional customer experience by welcoming shoppers, guiding them through the store, and helping them discover the right products. Key Responsibilities
- Utilize your knowledge of fashion and products to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Work closely with colleagues to provide outstanding service throughout the customer's journey.
- Maintain an appealing, well-stocked, and tidy sales floor and back-of-house area.
- Participate in store opening and closing procedures.
- Represent yourself and the H&M brand positively in all customer interactions.
Team Environment
You will be part of a vibrant Store Team that includes roles such as Department Managers, Store Managers, Visual Merchandisers and others in larger stores. Cooperation with the broader Area Team fosters sharing insights and collective success. Together, you will help customers express individuality by blending current trends with timeless fashion.
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in customer service within fashion, retail, or related areas is preferred.
- A genuine passion for fashion combined with a dedication to delivering excellent in-store experiences and driving sales.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills, creativity, tech-savviness regarding store technologies, and enthusiasm for learning and growth.
- Adaptability and a proactive attitude.
