Visual Merchandiser (m/w/d) - Göttingen

About the Role

As a Visual Merchandiser at C&A in Göttingen, you will design and maintain an appealing and inspiring store environment that encourages customers to shop. Your creativity will bring window displays to life, making the store attractive and motivating. Additionally, you will coach sales colleagues to support the implementation of visual merchandising standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure an appealing and sales-promoting presentation of products following VM guidelines while contributing your own creative ideas.
• Decorate window mannequins in an inspiring manner.
• Analyze sales figures and key performance indicators using the Merchandise Management System to improve presentation and collection alignment.
• Apply centrally developed sales strategies and concepts to in-store presentations.
• Elevate sales results by showcasing merchandise creatively and attractively.
• Train colleagues on correctly implementing VM standards.
• Take proactive and profitable actions whenever opportunities arise.
• Offer assistance to customers needing items or styling advice.

Candidate Profile

You have a keen sense of style and a passion for fashion, inspired by trendy designs, colors, and shapes.

Your qualifications include:

• Commercial retail training with solid experience in visual merchandising, or
• Training as a visual marketing designer or a related creative profession.
• Strong analytical skills enabling you to convert sales data into actionable solutions.
• Excellent planning and organizational abilities, collaborating closely with the store manager to prioritize and schedule weekly tasks.
• Good affinity for business processes and proficient handling of space metrics and inventory management systems.
• Ability to understand customer desires and translate them into wearable visual merchandise concepts.
