Job description

Role Overview

As a Visual Merchandiser at our Glen Waverley store, you will be instrumental in designing and executing visually appealing displays that align with our brand's style and commercial objectives. Your work ensures a consistent and engaging customer journey, stimulating sales and reinforcing our brand values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement visual merchandising strategies, styling, and commercial concepts in accordance with the store's guidelines and seasonal calendars to elevate the shopping environment and boost sales.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, maintain optimal stock levels, care for garments, and collaborate with store management to identify key opportunities for visual and commercial improvement.
  • Leverage trend analysis and competitor insights to train and support the store team, enhancing their ability to deliver superior customer service.
  • Represent both yourself and the brand positively during interactions with customers, fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Assist the Sales Market team in projects related to store expansion.

Collaboration

You'll be an integral part of a vibrant store team, working alongside sales advisors, department and store managers, and other specialized roles. You will also engage with the wider Area Team to share knowledge and strategies to collectively elevate performance and customer engagement across locations.
