VIP Waitress

About the Role

We are hiring a refined and experienced VIP Waitress to serve at an exclusive private residence belonging to an ultra-high-net-worth individual family in Doha, Qatar. The role demands utmost professionalism, impeccable grooming, and strict confidentiality. Candidates with backgrounds in top-tier hotels, VIP lounges, or luxury private households will find this position suitable.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering exceptional food and beverage service to family members and distinguished guests.
• Preparing and arranging settings for formal dining, casual meals, afternoon tea, and exclusive private gatherings.
• Ensuring cleanliness and maintaining a five-star standard presentation of dining rooms, pantries, and service zones.
• Applying extensive knowledge of fine dining protocols, including silver service and beverage presentation.
• Liaising effectively with kitchen and housekeeping departments to guarantee smooth service delivery.
• Attending to guest requests with tact, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Managing inventories of serviceware and communicating any replenishment needs.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrated experience as a VIP Waitress, Hostess, or Fine Dining Waitress within luxury hotels or private estates.
• Strong English communication abilities and impeccable personal grooming.
• Familiarity with global hospitality standards and etiquette.
• A discreet, reliable nature with a high respect for client privacy.
• Availability to work on shifts, including weekends and special events.
• Preference for candidates currently located in Qatar with a No Objection Certificate (NOC), although applications from outside Qatar are also considered.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly base salary of QAR 4,200.
• Additional allowances amounting to QAR 2,800, totaling a package of QAR 7,000 per month.
