About the Role
Readycoder Ventures Private Limited is urgently seeking a talented Videographer & Video Editor to support an MLA in Ghaziabad by documenting various official events and engagements through high-quality visual content. This is a full-time, on-site position with a monthly salary ranging from ₹14,000 to ₹18,000 based on skills and experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Accompany the MLA at public events, meetings, constituency visits, and related engagements.
- Capture professional photographs and videos, including interviews, event coverage, reels, and short videos.
- Edit video footage suitable for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, incorporating captions, subtitles, transitions, music, and graphics.
- Edit photographs for publication on social media.
- Ensure timely preparation and delivery of content, including rapid same-day editing when necessary.
- Collaborate with the social media team to ensure prompt content release.
- Organise and maintain archival of video footage and photographic material.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in videography, video editing, or content creation is required.
- Experience with political events, journalism, public events, or social media content production is advantageous.
- Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or equivalents.
- Strong understanding of photography and videography fundamentals including camera operation, framing, lighting, and audio capture.
- Familiarity with social media video formats like Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook videos.
- Creative visual storytelling skills.
- Ability to work on-site with a flexible schedule and willingness to travel locally within Ghaziabad as needed.
- Submission of a portfolio or showreel showcasing prior work is preferred.

Compensation & Work Conditions
Monthly remuneration ranges between ₹14,000 and ₹18,000 depending on the candidate's expertise. This is a full-time, location-specific role requiring physical attendance in Ghaziabad.
