About the Role
Ready Coder Ventures Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and motivated Digital Marketing Executive based in Noida, Delhi-NCR. This full-time position requires a candidate with 0 to 2 years of experience who can adeptly manage digital marketing initiatives alongside supporting business development through proactive outbound calling and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the company’s presence across social media platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and others.
- Plan and consistently publish engaging social media content.
- Generate creative concepts for reels, videos, posts, and carousels.
- Produce short videos and reels to enhance marketing campaigns and social media outreach.
- Collaborate closely with the team to create content, promotional creatives, and campaign materials.
- Track and analyze social media engagement, reach, and overall performance metrics.
- Stay updated on current social media trends and implement effective content strategies accordingly.
Expected Outcomes
- Maintain consistent social media presence and audience growth.
- Create high-quality content and engaging videos to boost visibility.
- Improve SEO and enhance website presence.
- Generate leads through digital campaigns.
