Position Summary

We are currently looking for a creative and meticulous Video Editor to join our team based in Kolkata, West Bengal. The successful candidate will demonstrate a passion for storytelling through visual media and have a solid grasp of multiple editing software platforms.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Transform raw footage into polished videos suitable for diverse platforms, ensuring top quality and on-time delivery.
• Collaborate closely with directors and producers to fully grasp project objectives and creative vision.
• Leverage advanced editing software such as DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and CapCut to craft engaging video content.
• Enhance videos by incorporating graphics, audio elements, and special effects.
• Iteratively improve edits following feedback from team members and other stakeholders.
• Keep abreast of emerging trends and innovations in video editing and production methodologies.

Candidate Requirements

• Proficient use of DaVinci Resolve and Adobe Premiere Pro video editing software.
• Working knowledge of graphic design applications like Adobe Photoshop.
• Experience with mobile editing tools such as CapCut.
• Strong creative instincts complemented by keen attention to detail.
• Capability to collaborate effectively within team environments and adhere to deadlines.
• Open to candidates with zero to one year of video editing experience seeking growth opportunities.
