This role focuses on producing captivating short-form videos tailored for social media platforms, emphasizing modern visual storytelling and the use of both conventional and AI-enhanced editing tools.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop engaging short video content such as Reels and social media clips with high visual quality.
• Apply seamless transitions, motion graphics, and current visual effects to boost video engagement.
• Integrate trending audio, including background music and voiceovers, ensuring perfect synchronization.
• Continuously monitor social media trends to generate timely and relevant content.
• Optimize video format and resolution specifically for Instagram, maintaining the 9:16 aspect ratio.
• Collaborate closely with copywriters, graphic designers, and marketing teams for consistent brand alignment.
• Utilize AI-powered editing solutions to expedite processes such as automated edits, subtitles, and creative enhancements.

Skill Requirements

• Proficient in video editing techniques involving trimming, cutting, and pacing.
• Basic capabilities in motion graphics and animations.
• Strong skills in color correction and audio quality improvement.
• Ability to produce efficient, fast-turnaround edits while maintaining storytelling quality.
• Experience with AI-driven editing tools and automation to elevate workflow.

Editing Tools and Platforms

• Mobile and professional software including CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, VN Video Editor, InShot, and Instagram Reels Editor.
• AI-based solutions such as Runway, Descript, or similar platforms featuring auto-captioning, background removal, and smart cuts.
