Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Video Editor with relevant experience to join our team on a full-time, office-based basis in Bhubaneswar. This role requires dedication to working onsite and commitment to a startup environment without moonlighting or part-time engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit videos across all our key sectors including documentaries, corporate and event films, social media clips, and wedding films, ensuring creative and quality output.
• Apply audio mixing and mastering techniques to enhance video sound quality.
• Perform precise colour correction and colour grading to elevate visual appeal.
• Integrate the latest AI technologies to streamline and enhance video editing processes.
• Maintain strict adherence to schedules, deadlines, and company policies within a fast-paced startup environment.

Technical Skills Required

• Expertise in professional video editing software, preferably DaVinci Resolve or Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Familiarity with AI-enhanced video editing techniques.
• Ability to mix and master audio, with preference for Fairlight audio knowledge.
• Proficient in colour correction and grading with a good understanding of colour theory.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design principles.
