Role Overview

This full-time, on-site position requires a Video Editor who will be responsible for assembling raw video footage into compelling visuals that align with project needs and brand standards. Daily tasks include editing content, applying color correction and grading, adding motion graphics, and refining audio elements to produce professional-quality final products. The role involves working closely with producers, videographers, and graphic designers, managing project assets, and ensuring on-time delivery of edits. The editor will also provide creative input, maintain consistency across all projects, and adapt videos for diverse platforms and formats.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and assemble raw footage to craft cohesive, engaging videos.
• Perform color correction and grading to enhance visual appeal and consistency.
• Incorporate motion graphics and visual elements such as titles, transitions, and lower thirds to support storytelling.
• Polish audio tracks to ensure clear and professional sound quality.
• Collaborate with producers, videographers, and designers throughout the post-production process.
• Organize project files and assets efficiently.
• Deliver edited content within deadlines.
• Contribute innovative ideas to improve video content quality and consistency.
• Adapt videos appropriately for different platforms and formats.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Expertise in video production and editing across various content types including commercial, corporate, social, and promotional videos.
• Strong experience with video color grading techniques to ensure visual cohesion.
• Proficiency in motion graphics and graphic design for video enhancement.
• Skilled in industry-standard editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve, along with basic audio editing capabilities.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with effective deadline management.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills within a creative environment.
• Keen eye for visual detail and openness to feedback for continuous improvement.
• A relevant educational background or certification in film, media, or related fields is preferred, alongside prior experience in studio or production settings.
