Role Overview
This position involves a full-time, on-premises role based in New Delhi as a Video Editor. Your main responsibilities will include compiling raw footage, choosing the best shots, and editing video content tailored to project goals and client expectations. Daily duties encompass trimming and sequencing clips, introducing transitions and effects, syncing audio tracks, color correction and grading, and crafting simple motion graphics and titles.
Close cooperation with project managers, designers, and marketing colleagues is essential to clearly interpret briefs, uphold brand standards, and produce videos optimized for various digital platforms. The role requires managing file organization, ensuring quality and quick turnaround, and contributing to improving video workflows and storytelling techniques.
You will have the opportunity to create reels for the company's Instagram accounts, collectively boasting over 300,000 followers. These reels are dynamic, fast-paced, product-focused, and knowledge-oriented.
Qualifications
- Advanced expertise in video editing and production to produce polished and captivating content.
- Skilled in video color grading to maintain visual consistency, mood, and superior image quality.
- Competence in motion graphics and graphic design for creating titles, overlays, and basic animations.
- Familiarity with industry-standard editing and post-production software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Capcut, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalents.
- Strong sense of visual storytelling, attention to detail, pacing, composition, and audio synchronization.
- Ability to work onsite in New Delhi managing multiple projects, adhering to brand and project guidelines, and delivering under tight deadlines.
- Preferably hold relevant education or certification in film, media, design, or related fields, with experience in professional or agency settings.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary range of ₹25,000 to ₹40,000 (take-home pay).
