Role Overview
We seek a Video Editor to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis at our Pune Division location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for editing and assembling video footage, applying transitions, audio, and visual effects, and maintaining high-quality outcomes that align with brand and campaign goals. Daily tasks involve collaborating closely with creative and marketing teams to refine story flow, performing fundamental color correction, and preparing videos for diverse digital platforms. Additional duties include organizing raw footage, managing project files, and lending creative input to enhance visual narratives. Effective communication with colleagues and strict adherence to timelines and brand standards are critical.
Key Qualifications
- Experience planning and supporting video production workflows, including footage organization and understanding basic filming procedures.
- Proficiency in video editing with skills in assembling, trimming, and refining sequences optimized for digital media.
- Competency in video color grading to maintain visual coherence and enhance the aesthetic appeal.
- Familiarity with motion graphics to develop simple animations, titles, and visual elements that augment storytelling.
- Ability to handle graphic-related tasks such as creating or modifying visual assets, overlays, and thumbnails.
- Hands-on expertise with professional editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar software.
- Strong visual storytelling capabilities, keen sense of pacing and sound design, and a thorough attention to detail and quality.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team, respond positively to feedback, and juggle multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
Salary Range
The monthly remuneration for this position ranges from INR 20,000 to INR 30,000.
