Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time Video Editor located onsite in Kolhapur. The primary responsibility involves transforming raw video footage into refined content suitable for marketing campaigns, social media, and various digital outlets. This includes organizing clips, trimming content, applying transitions and effects, syncing audio tracks, performing fundamental color corrections, and incorporating motion graphics and text overlays.

The Video Editor will work closely with marketing and design teams to align with project objectives, ensure consistent branding across all video materials, and adhere to deadlines. Additionally, the position encourages contributing innovative ideas to enrich storytelling and engage audiences effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience in video production and editing techniques.
• Skills in video color grading and basic graphic design tasks.
• Competency in motion graphics and creating compelling visual narratives.
• Familiarity with video editing applications such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent, plus motion graphics software like After Effects.
• Excellent attention to detail with the capability to follow brand guidelines and accept constructive feedback.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate within an on-site, cross-functional team environment.
• Educational background or certification in video editing, multimedia, or related fields considered advantageous.
