About the Role

We are seeking a creative and meticulous Video Editor with a minimum of two years' hands-on experience to become a part of our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for transforming raw footage into refined, captivating videos tailored for a variety of platforms and formats.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate raw video clips into finished, publication-ready videos, including reels, YouTube content, advertisements, and corporate materials.
• Incorporate audio elements such as music and sound effects, alongside graphics, smooth transitions, and perform color correction and grading.
• Work closely with the content and marketing teams to align with project briefs and schedules.
• Maintain consistent branding across all video outputs.
• Adjust and optimize videos to suit various platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Efficiently manage and organize project resources and files.
• Keep abreast of emerging trends, tools, and innovations in video editing.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.

Requirements

• At least two years of professional experience in video editing.
• Proficient user of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects; familiarity with DaVinci Resolve is advantageous.
• Strong grasp of pacing, narrative construction, and visual aesthetics.
• Basic skills in motion graphics and animation are preferred.
• Capability to independently manage workload and time effectively.
• A compelling portfolio or demo reel demonstrating past video editing projects is mandatory.

Additional Preferences

• Experience producing short-form content such as Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
• Basic understanding of color grading and sound design techniques.
• Knowledge of AI-driven editing software tools is a plus.

Compensation and Location

This full-time position is based onsite at Hyderabad, Telangana, India, offering a monthly salary ranging from ₹45,000 to ₹60,000.
