GI Properties is a leading real estate brokerage located on Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, currently expanding its in-house content production team. The company seeks a highly energetic and creative Arabic-speaking Video Editor to join their office and produce engaging video content that attracts real estate leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit up to 5 short-form videos daily, including Instagram Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, and property walkthroughs, emphasizing quick cuts, dynamic pacing, and visual engagement.
• Create impactful post-production edits featuring kinetic typography, graphic overlays, smooth transitions, color grading, and sound design optimized for social media platforms.
• Develop Arabic captions, synchronize voiceovers, and craft visual content tailored specifically to local and GCC regional audiences.
• Collaborate closely with marketing strategists, videographers, and social media teams to design content hooks, storyboard ideas, and maintain organized digital assets.
• Stay updated on trending audio, viral video formats, and the latest editing styles relevant to real estate marketing.

Candidate Requirements

• Availability for immediate joining or within a short notice period.
• A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating experience in fast-paced, high-quality video editing—preferably in real estate or luxury lifestyle sectors.
• Advanced skills in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut Pro.
• Proven ability to deliver a high volume of quality content consistently, meeting the target of five videos daily.
• Must be based in Dubai and capable of working on-site at Sheikh Zayed Road.

Additional Information

• Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM, with Saturdays and Sundays off.

Compensation and Benefits

• Fixed salary of AED 5,000 per month.
• Standard 5-day workweek with weekends off.
