Role Overview

This full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow calls for a Video Editor who will be tasked with editing and assembling raw footage to create refined video content. The editor will produce materials for marketing campaigns, product demos, training resources, and social media channels. Responsibilities encompass applying transitions and visual effects, synchronizing audio, making basic sound enhancements, and maintaining consistency in visuals across different projects. Close collaboration with designers, marketers, and project teams is essential to understand briefs, develop engaging storylines, and ensure alignment with brand standards. The role also involves organizing project files, managing an asset library, and optimizing final outputs for multiple platforms and formats.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in video production and editing to craft polished, cohesive content.
• Skilled in video color grading to enhance and maintain consistent visual quality.
• Experience with motion graphics and graphic design to create titles, animations, and visual elements that support storytelling.
• Familiarity with standard industry tools including Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or equivalents.
• Ability to adhere to brand guidelines, meet deadlines, and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail combined with a talent for visual storytelling; a portfolio showcasing relevant video editing work is necessary.
• Educational background in Film, Media, Design, Animation, or a related discipline is preferred, although equivalent hands-on experience is considered.
