Role Overview
We are seeking a full-time Video Editor to join our Siliguri office. The candidate will be responsible for editing raw footage into engaging videos tailored for marketing campaigns, social media outlets, and customer testimonials. The role demands producing high-quality visuals that align with TripFactory's brand identity. Daily activities include close collaboration with marketing and product teams to comprehend creative briefs, performing color grading, integrating motion graphics, and crafting visually appealing travel content across multiple projects. Additionally, the editor will optimize video outputs for diverse platforms, uphold style consistency and messaging coherence, and contribute fresh ideas to enhance storytelling styles and audience interaction, thereby boosting brand prominence.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Expertise in video production and editing focused on compelling travel-centric narratives.
- Advanced skills in video color grading to maintain visual uniformity and elevate aesthetics.
- Proficiency in motion graphics and graphic elements to enrich storytelling impact.
- Experience with industry-standard editing and post-production software, including Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, and DaVinci Resolve.
- A keen eye for visual storytelling elements such as pacing and composition, with meticulous attention to detail and quality standards.
- Capability to operate on-site in Siliguri, effectively collaborate across departments, and manage multiple deadlines within a dynamic environment.
- Previous experience in travel, lifestyle, or digital content creation is a plus; educational background in media, film, or design fields adds value.
