Role Overview

This position is for a full-time, on-site Video Editor located in Pune City. The editor will be responsible for assembling raw footage, organizing project files, and crafting polished videos for marketing campaigns, social media, branded content, and client assignments. Daily tasks include cutting and trimming clips, inserting transitions, aligning audio tracks, applying color correction and grading, and adding motion graphics and titles.

The Video Editor will collaborate closely with directors, producers, and designers to comprehend project goals, ensure brand consistency, and adhere to deadlines. This role requires managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining organized workflows and upholding high technical and creative standards for all final outputs.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in video production and editing, managing footage through all stages from pre-production to final export.
• Competence in video color grading to enhance visual aesthetics and maintain stylistic consistency across projects.
• Ability to design and incorporate motion graphics and other graphical elements to support narrative and brand identity.
• Experience using industry-standard editing and post-production software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and After Effects.
• A strong understanding of pacing, composition, sound design, and visual storytelling tailored for diverse formats and platforms.
• Excellent attention to detail, effective time management, and the capacity to work collaboratively in a face-to-face team setting.
• Preferably holds relevant educational background or training in film, media, communications, or related disciplines, accompanied by a portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous work.
