Overview

Neev Advertising seeks a creative and meticulous Video Editor to join its creative department. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting captivating video content tailored for social media, advertisements, digital marketing, and client campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce and edit superior-quality video content tailored for social media platforms, advertisements, reels, YouTube channels, and digital campaigns.
• Interpret creative briefs to transform concepts into engaging visual stories.
• Create diverse video formats including short-form videos, reels, promotional clips, corporate presentations, and product showcases.
• Integrate music, sound effects, transitions, graphics, subtitles, and visual effects as necessary.
• Ensure all videos align with the client's branding guidelines and campaign goals.
• Collaborate closely with creative, graphic design, and marketing teams to meet project deadlines.
• Review and amend videos based on client or internal feedback.
• Organize video files, project documents, and media resources efficiently.
• Stay informed about the latest video editing trends, social media styles, and platform requirements.
• Guarantee final videos adhere to quality standards, proper resolution, and platform-specific needs.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proficient use of Adobe Premiere Pro essential.
• Familiarity with Adobe After Effects considered a plus.
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator is advantageous.
• Strong grasp on video composition, pacing, storytelling, and synchronization of audio elements.
• Good understanding of social media video formats and current trends.
• Creative mindset combined with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Qualifications & Eligibility

Applicants should hold a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Video Editing, Multimedia, Animation, Mass Communication, or related disciplines. Experience in video editing within advertising, digital marketing, or creative agencies is preferred; however, fresh candidates with a compelling portfolio may also be considered. Candidates should be enthusiastic about video content creation and demonstrate a strong editing portfolio or showreel. The ability to interpret client needs and produce creative results is vital, alongside a willingness to learn emerging tools and trends.
