Role Overview

We are seeking a Video Editor to join our content creation team and contribute significantly during this phase of rapid organizational growth. This role reports directly to the founders and is based in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce and refine high-quality video content tailored for social media platforms, including long-form videos for YouTube and shorter formats for Instagram.
• Create cinematic and engaging Instagram reels that captivate the audience.
• Craft compelling narratives through video editing, ensuring seamless storytelling.
• Incorporate transitions, background music, sound effects, and visual enhancements.
• Edit and deliver content for YouTube Shorts.
• Perform color correction and grading to enhance visual appeal.
• Add text overlays and captions to enrich content accessibility.
• Engage in graphic design tasks related to video content.
• Apply artistic editing methods to elevate video quality.
• Ensure videos follow logical sequencing with smooth transitions.
• Produce video reels for Meta and Google advertising campaigns.

Technical Skills Required

• Proficiency across desktop and mobile video editing platforms.
• Intermediate to advanced expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro is essential.
• Additional familiarity with DaVinci Resolve, Lightroom, and Adobe After Effects is desirable.

Job Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in video editing roles.
• A creative mindset coupled with strong storytelling capabilities.
