About the Role
We are seeking a talented Video Editor to creatively transform raw footage and concepts into captivating and polished content for various brands and products. The candidate will contribute significantly to visual storytelling and content creation across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit diverse types of video content including product videos, social media reels, corporate AVs, promotional materials, and engaging short-form content like memes and trend-driven videos.
- Design and implement creative elements such as hooks, smooth transitions, motion graphics, and visual effects that enhance viewer engagement.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team by providing graphic design support and generating creative assets.
- Keep abreast of the newest social media trends and innovative editing techniques to ensure content remains fresh and relevant.
- Manage projects independently from initial concept development through to final delivery, ensuring high-quality output.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess between two and four years of professional experience in video editing and content creation.
- Demonstrate strong creative aptitude and proficiency in storytelling to deliver compelling video narratives.
- Skilled in using editing and design software, including Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut, and Canva.
- Have a keen understanding of social media content dynamics and current trends.
- Ability to operate autonomously and adhere strictly to project deadlines.
- Submission of a strong portfolio or showreel showcasing previous work is mandatory.
