Role Overview

We are seeking a talented Video Editor to craft compelling, story-driven videos from property listings that captivate audiences across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit a variety of video content formats including short-form clips (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) and longer promotional videos for property and partner marketing campaigns.
• Create narrative-driven advertising videos using photos, logos, and text, employing AI-based tools such as Veo 3, Higgsfield, and AI-avatar generators.
• Develop multiple versions of video concepts—user-generated content style, AI-avatar presentations, and motion graphics—to facilitate A/B testing for optimal engagement.
• Utilize listing images as primary assets given the frequent absence of original footage.
• Adapt and refine video content swiftly based on performance metrics from Meta ads, including hook rate, hold rate, and click-through rate (CTR).

Essential Requirements

• Demonstrable portfolio showcasing genuine video editing projects.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Adobe After Effects, and familiarity with at least one AI-powered video editing tool.
• Strong expertise in direct-response video pacing to maximize engagement rather than just aesthetic polish.
• Able to construct comprehensive narratives and motion sequences from existing visual assets.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within real estate or property marketing sectors is advantageous.
