Role Overview

This full-time position, based on-site in Dubai, involves the role of a Video Editor. Responsibilities entail editing property walkthrough clips, promotional videos, social media content, and corporate branding materials. Routine duties include organizing raw footage, assembling sequences, applying transitions, integrating audio tracks, text overlays, and company-branded graphics. The editor will collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to craft visually engaging stories that enhance lead generation and brand presence. Additionally, the candidate will optimize videos for various platforms, uphold consistent visual styles, and handle video asset management and archiving.

Job Requirements

• Expertise in video production and editing to create complete real estate video content.
• Skills in video color grading to maintain visual uniformity and appeal across projects.
• Competence in motion graphics and graphic design to produce captivating overlays, titles, and brand-consistent visual elements.
• Familiarity with major editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro, alongside motion graphics tools like After Effects is preferred.
• Proven visual storytelling capability, meticulous attention to detail, and knowledge of social media and digital marketing video formats are advantageous.
• Capacity to work onsite in Dubai, handle simultaneous projects, cooperate with cross-functional teams, and adhere to deadlines.
• Experience in real estate or property marketing and a portfolio displaying video editing and motion graphics skills will be considered valuable.
