Role Summary

This full-time Video Editor position based in Bengaluru involves transforming raw footage into polished videos for brand campaigns, websites, and digital platforms. Responsibilities include selecting and organizing clips, applying transitions and effects, refining audio, color grading, and integrating motion graphics and titles to enhance storytelling and uphold brand identity.

The Video Editor will work closely with designers, strategists, and content teams to develop high-quality video outputs that align with brand guidelines. Maintaining organized project files, ensuring consistent video quality, and staying updated with industry trends and best practices are also essential.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in video editing and production to develop narrative-driven, high-quality content.
• Expertise in video color grading to maintain visual consistency and improve footage aesthetics.
• Skills in motion graphics and graphic design to create and incorporate titles and visual elements within videos.
• Familiarity with professional editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve, and motion graphics tools like After Effects.
• A strong visual storytelling capability, sense of timing and composition, with meticulous attention to brand coherence.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within an on-site team, manage various projects simultaneously, and adhere to deadlines.
• Experience within branding, digital marketing, or design-centric environments is advantageous.
• Preferred candidates have a relevant diploma or degree in film, media, design, or related disciplines, or equivalent hands-on experience.

Compensation

The salary for this position is a fixed range between ₹30,000 and ₹50,000 per month.
