Video Content Analyst

Role Summary

As a Video Content Analyst working remotely, you will evaluate and categorize video materials in accordance with comprehensive policy guidelines. This position requires keen judgement and consistent decision-making to ensure content quality and policy adherence.

Key Duties

• Assess video content based on established quality and policy standards.
• Assign classifications, tags, and ratings to content ensuring strong inter-rater consistency.
• Highlight ambiguous or borderline cases to policy and operations leadership.
• Offer detailed feedback intended to enhance policy clarity and classifier performance.
• Uphold high-quality benchmarks and fulfill daily productivity targets.
• Clearly document reasons behind review decisions as needed.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum one year experience in content moderation, trust and safety, or media evaluation roles.
• Exceptional attention to detail with consistent application of standards.
• Proficient written English capable of conveying precise information.
• Ability to follow detailed guidelines efficiently under time constraints.
• Emotional resilience when reviewing sensitive or challenging content.
• Experience with content review platforms and familiarity with policy frameworks is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits
