Video Content Analyst

Role Overview

We are seeking a Video Content Analyst who will remotely assess and categorize video materials based on comprehensive policy frameworks. This position requires precise judgement and consistency to ensure the presented content remains of superior quality and adheres to established guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess video content according to policy and quality standards.
• Accurately classify, tag, and evaluate content maintaining strong inter-rater reliability.
• Identify and escalate complex or ambiguous cases to policy and operations leaders.
• Provide well-structured feedback aimed at enhancing classifier accuracy and refining policies.
• Achieve daily targets for quality control and workflow throughput.
• Clearly document rationales behind content reviews when required.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of one year experience in content moderation, trust & safety, or media assessment roles.
• Exceptional attention to detail with consistent application of guidelines.
• Proficient written English skills.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions under time constraints.
• Capacity to cope with exposure to sensitive or challenging content.
• Knowledge of content review systems and policy frameworks is advantageous.
