Video Content Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a Video Content Analyst to work remotely on a full-time basis. This position involves reviewing video content to ensure compliance with detailed policy guidelines, helping maintain high-quality content standards while adhering to company policies.

Primary Responsibilities

• Evaluate video content in accordance with established policy and quality standards.
• Systematically classify, tag, and rate videos ensuring consistency between reviewers.
• Identify and escalate ambiguous cases or edge scenarios to policy and operations leadership.
• Provide clear, structured feedback aimed at enhancing classifier accuracy and refining content policies.
• Uphold defined quality benchmarks and consistently meet daily productivity goals.
• Document the reasoning behind decisions comprehensively when required.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of one year experience in roles related to content moderation, trust and safety, or media evaluation.
• Exceptional attention to detail coupled with strong consistency in judgment.
• Proficient written English communication skills.
• Ability to apply complex guidelines effectively under time constraints.
• Emotional resilience when exposed to sensitive or challenging materials.
• Experience with content review tools and policy frameworks is advantageous.
