About the Role

Vertu Hyundai Exeter is seeking a Vehicle Progressor to join our vibrant team. This role offers a starting salary of a328,000 plus a comprehensive package of company benefits.

Key Duties

The Vehicle Progressor will ensure that each vehicle meets the company's quality standards within 72 hours of arrival. Responsibilities include performing cosmetic inspections at vehicle check-in, coordinating all cosmetic repairs such as wheel refurbishment, painting, trim restoration, valeting, and photographing vehicles to prepare them for sale. Additionally, the role involves assisting the sales manager by drafting verbatim comments on vehicle conditions.

The position also requires verifying the quality of vehicle preparation, managing logistics for returning vehicles to the appropriate dealerships, and organizing the scheduling of vehicles for sale preparation.

Candidate Profile

Previous experience is not mandatory as thorough training will be provided. Ideal candidates will be ambitious, highly motivated, disciplined, and capable of effective communication with customers. Working both independently and within a team is essential. Candidates must demonstrate passion, energy, commitment, and a keen attention to detail. Proficiency with technology is important.

Applicants must possess a valid UK driving licence since the role may involve collecting and delivering vehicles to customers.
