Role Overview

As a Vehicle Preparation Assistant located in Burnley, you will be responsible for ensuring vehicles meet Motorpoint's exceptional standards before customer handover or display. This permanent full-time role requires working 42.5 hours per week, five days out of seven on a rota that includes weekends.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out thorough daily inspections to identify damage, and verify vehicle specifications and service records.
• Support the vehicle reconditioning and valeting process to prepare cars for display and customer collection.
• Take photographs of vehicles adhering to company marketing and documentation standards.
• Manage vehicle check-ins in all weather conditions, maintaining consistency and accuracy.
• Ensure personal data is handled compliantly according to GDPR guidelines.
• Assist with vehicle movements both on-site and off-site as needed.
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with drivers and transporters, addressing any issues professionally.
• Complete additional ad hoc duties as assigned to support the team.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a full UK driving licence is mandatory.
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.

Additional Information
