Role Overview
Joining as a Sales Executive at our Ipswich location, you will play a key role in driving business expansion and providing top-tier customer service. This permanent position involves a 40-hour workweek with shifts spanning 5 days out of 7, including weekend work and two consecutive days off during the week. The salary package includes a £20,000 basic wage plus an uncapped commission structure, with realistic total earnings between £40,000 and £50,000.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and establish rapport with customers upon their arrival at the store.
- Provide a no-pressure, customer-centric sales approach to identify and meet client needs.
- Prepare face-to-face quotations for selected and recommended vehicles aligned to customer preferences.
- Promote additional products and financial solutions to customers where appropriate.
- Strive to achieve individual and team monthly sales targets.
- Ensure a seamless and high-quality handover process post-sale.
- Coordinate with various departments to guarantee excellent customer service and manage their expectations effectively.
Qualifications and Skills
- Possession of a valid full UK driving licence is mandatory.
- Proven background in sales is required.
- Capability to consistently work towards and achieve monthly sales objectives.
- Experience in selling financial products is advantageous, although training will be offered.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly develop customer relationships.
- Willingness and flexibility to work weekends as part of the roster.
