The team is managed by the founder and owner, to whom you will report directly.

  • Perform Red Book valuations for loan security and regulatory compliance for residential and commercial assets.
  • Advise property owners on current holdings and redevelopment potentials.
  • Contribute to development consultancy and appraisals, requiring knowledge of town planning and property development.
  • Manage prioritization of workload effectively to meet deadlines while maintaining a positive approach to routine assignments.
  • Apply high levels of discretion and meticulous attention to detail during valuation processes.
  • Prepare timely ad-hoc advice and take responsibility for valuation tasks subject to senior colleague review.

Requirements

  • Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) is essential.
  • Minimum of two years post-qualification experience as a surveyor (PQE).
  • Experience in undertaking development appraisals and a good understanding of town planning regulations.
